At Next Generation Of Fashion, customer satisfaction is important to us. At this time, we offer store credit only for approved returns and exchanges.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned within 3 business days of purchase. All merchandise must be unworn, unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for items that are damaged, altered, worn, stained, or missing the original packaging in which they were sold.

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, card or store credit.

Once your return has been inspected and approved, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item. Store credit may be used toward any future purchase at our store.

Sale, clearance, promotional items, and certain specialty products may be considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
